• up to 60 days before the arrival date, the sum paid as a deposit will be refunded in full.
• from 59 and 14 days before the arrival date the sum paid as a deposit will be retained by us as a penalty
• for cancellations from 13 days to the arrival date, 100% of the cost of the stay may be required.

Cleaning and disinfection of hands

• Wash your hands frequently with soap and water (for 60 seconds) or using hydro-alcoholic solutions, especially before handling commonly used devices (to protect others) and after use (to protect yourself).
